Bookings are only confirmed after deposit payment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. No appointment will be confirmed without payment of the deposit.
The deposit secures your booking slot and covers preparation time, sterilisation of equipment, and scheduling of your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend your booking.
Clients may reschedule their appointment once if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. The deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of deposit.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on availability. The deposit will still apply.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
House call bookings require a deposit to confirm travel arrangements. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
Bookings are only confirmed once proof of payment has been received or payment has been successfully processed.
